Job Description:

Looking for a self-starter to act as a liason between Information Services and the business units for an Insurance company located in the Western Suburbs. Individual must be able to identify potential business problems, analyze the possible benefits, assist in the design of an automated solution and document findings. Act as a team lead during User Acceptance phase for new and exsiting applications. Individual must also be able to assist in the end-user tools and desktop support.

Background:

Insurance Industry knowledge not a requirement, but a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Working knowledge and around 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Project are a requirement. Ideal candidates must work well with business users and possess strong problem solving skills. Strong oral and written communications required. Bachelors degree in MIS or equivalent experience.
