Job Description:

Convert existing Applications to a client server platform utilizing Delphi 5 and SQLServer relational database .Healthcare or Insurance background a big plus.

Background:

Converting inhouse developed software that manages healthcare benefit programs. The qualified candidate will be an experienced DELPHI database programmer with exposure to SQL, COM, XML and Web Services. Experience with Advantage Database Server desirable but not required. 3 yrs+ experience developing business solutions using Borland Delphi 5.0 or greater with atleast
2 yrs+ experience developing business solutions using SQL. Other necessary skills include:
· 1 yr+ experience developing ActiveX objects and COM servers and clients
· Proficiency in database design
· Proficiency in HTML
· Must be able to interact with customers and end users
· Familiarity with newer technologies (XML, SOAP, .Net, etc.)
· Familiarity with Win32 API

Candidates must also possess strong problem solving skills and good oral and written communications. Bachelors degree in MIS or equivalent experience.
